Jahorina on the map of European ski resorts again

General Director of the Olympic Center Jahorina, Mr. Dejan Ljevnaić, together with representatives of the management of the Olympic Center Jahorina, visited Zurich, where from  September 25^th to 29^th  International FIS Conference was being held. At this conference, all investment works were presented, which were evaluated positively by FIS representatives. Also, the candidacy of the Olympic Center Jahorina for the European Cup was discussed. The European cup will surely contribute to the promotion of skiing as a very healthy sports discipline, but also promote our country as a serious tourist destination that can with all its contents be able to compete with  the most famous European ski centers.

Along candidacy for Europe Cup, at the international conference, the Jahorina track approvals were considered , Snow Kids Day, as well as the organization of EYOF, the Olympic Games of Youth, which will be held in Sarajevo and East Sarajevo from 9-16. February. At that time, Jahorina will host young skiers who will compete in slalom and giant slalom at the Jahorina trails.
